I am a visiting student from the University of Amsterdam, where I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Bioinformatics and Systems Biology. My research focuses on applying Celda to a pan-cancer single-cell RNA sequencing dataset, aiming to elucidate common transcriptional modules and intra-tumoral heterogeneity.
