My overall interests are to understand biological differences between ancestries in various diseases such as cancer and COVID19. In the Campbell Lab, I am currently performing differential gene expression analysis using prostate cancer samples from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) Dataset to understand if there are molecular differences between ancestral populations.
