I am a Phd student in the Bioinformatics Program at Boston University. I did a Master’s in Bioinformatics from Pakistan, where I gained experience in high-throughput sequencing data analysis. I joined the Campbell lab in 2024, and my current research focuses on the genomic characterisation of premalignant lesions to understand the mechanism of early lung carcinogenesis. By integrating single-cell RNA data, I aim to identify transcriptional programs that define cancer cell states and explore their association with clinical phenotypes.
